What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are originally presented in USD (North American Dollars) and can be changed to Mexican Pesos. However, when making the payment there may be variations due to the dollar-peso price of the day.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I make a return? What if there is a problem?

You must return it at your own expense, once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Include all names and order numbers on returned packages.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
