VIRTUAL CONTACT, SA DE CV, who from now on will be known commercially as Virtual Contact, with fiscal address at Avenida Beethoven number 5042 interior 59, Colonia Residencial La Estancia, CP 45030, Zapopan, Jalisco, México; With the Federal Taxpayers Registry number: VCO-991022-8L5, and with the internet portal www.virtualcontact.com.mx, it establishes the following POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE PURCHASE-SALE of the products offered on its website.

1.4. WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCT: Process by which the Offer is withdrawn from the Portal, either by having been sold or by decision of the Seller.

1.5. BUYER: Any Affiliate who buys or offers to purchase products through the Portal.

1.6. CONDITIONS: These general terms of use of the Portal and for transactions through the Portal.

1.7. CREDENTIALS: The registered email address and password of the User's choice at the time of registration.

1.17. USERS: All subjects who are not Affiliates, that is, all those who have not completed the registration procedure according to article 2.4.

3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

3.1. Each User or Affiliate must keep the Credentials reserved and take the necessary precautions to do so and is responsible for all activities that may occur in the context of their Account.

3.2. Each User or Affiliate undertakes to immediately inform Virtual Contact in the event that a violation has been verified, or is suspected, or that it may be verified in the future, any unauthorized use of their Account or any other violation of security, in addition to carrying out any activity that may allow to repair the violation reported. Virtual Contact is not responsible and is not responsible for the losses and / or damages resulting from the breach by the User or Affiliate of the above requirements.

5. OPERATION OF THE PORTAL

5.1. Virtual Contact is not responsible in any way with respect to the periods of inactivity of the Portal and the possibility of paying the Affiliate and / or the User any economic amount for any reason (including compensation and benefits) in relation to with any interruption of service.

6. CLOSURE OF THE ACCOUNT AND CLOSURE OF THE PORTAL

Habiendo este Afiliado proporcionado las credenciales de acceso, ingresa a la zona del Sitio Web considerado como Portal. Inicialmente el Portal muestra la misma información que el Sitio Web, a diferencia que el botón de "Ingresar" es reemplazado por el botón de "Mi Cuenta", lo que demuestra que está correctamente firmado en el Portal. Una vez dentro, podrá proseguir con lo importante: la búsqueda de Productos.
